“I have never slept so well.. I feel like I am 20 years old again”
It seems I work with at least two clients per week who have difficulty sleeping. Proper sleep is incredibly important for the body's daily regenerative process. Sleep issues are 99% straightforward. Most sleep imbalances seem to be caused by an intolerance to stress hormones (meaning they are over secreted), B vitamins as well as calcium and magnesium (an intolerance means they are flushed from the body and not used even if you are getting enough), or an intolerance to serotonin and melatonin along with other important sleep and relaxation chemicals (if you have an intolerance to these, you may produce them but the body is unsure how to USE them properly).
Once we brought Christine's body back into balance, it was able to recognize these substances and she was sleeping well!
